The FIRST Red Book

....or in Malay, it's called "Buku Merah"! :D

You must be wondering, Buku Merah tu apa ek??

Well well, at first I myself pun tatau... But after baca sana sini barulah tau yang that book is some sort like a reference book kalau pergi check-up kat klinik or Hospital kerajaan... So macam everytime nak check-up kat situ, kene bawak buku nih!

Hmm...

Last Tuesday (few days back), early morning me & Hubby went to Klinik Kesihatan Putrajaya (KKP), kononnya nak bukak buku lah kan... Being a first timer, haruslah tatau what to expect kan? Tak sempat nak tanya orang sebab even my Mom pun takde experience with klinik or Hospital kerajaan. Hmm.

So yeah, we queued alright! After berbelas-belas ibu mengandung gi kat counter tu untuk register, then came our turn! Sadly, kitorang salah move! I thought I told Hubby already yang kalau nak gi mana² Klinik or Hospital kat Putrajaya nih, apa² pun dorang for sure HANYA kasi kat orang yang tinggal or kerja kat Putrajaya jer. I repeat, orang Putrajaya SAHAJA okeh!! But I guess, me lupa nak inform him. Hish. Hubby works in Bangi & I work in Cyberjaya. So sangat lah takde kene mengena ngan Putrajaya kan!??

So kiranya, we have to go to Klinik Kesihatan Sri Kembangan (KKSK) lah pulak sebab our home address is in SK! Take note yeah Mummy²-to-be..... The nurse in KKP did inform us that bila first time nak bukak "Buku Merah" tu, memang kene gi Klinik Kesihatan kat kawasan tempat tinggal kita tapi once dah ada "Buku Merah" tu, nak gi check-up kat mana² Klinik Kesihatan dah boleh dah... Cuma mula² nak bukak tu jer kene kat kawasan/daerah umah kita.. Hehehe.

So from KKP tu, kitorang singgah Hospital Serdang dulu sebab gataiii nak check kot² larr leh bukak buku kat situ. Tapi tidakkkk. Tak boleh! Kene gi KKSK jugak!! Isk... Buang masa lagi! :(

Ohhh. Then tau tak!? By the time we reached KKSK kan, it's already 20 minutes past 1 o'clock! And tau jer lah kalau Klinik kerajaan kan... Lunch hour memang confirm² lah dorang lunch lama. *sigh* Their "break" or "lunch" time is from 12:00 till 14:00 tau!! Tak silap me laa.. So Hubby then decided to go straight to An-Nur Hospital in Bangi (my initial plan actually) sebab taknak buang masa.

Yessss!

Tunggu kejap jer then the nurse dah panggil masuk jumpa Doctor! :D

But.......

Still takleh bukak "buku mengandung" lagi... :( :(

Why you're asking??

Sebab... Hubby decided to register my pregnancy at a Government Clinic/Hospital because of the expenses that we have to bear kalau gi kat swasta! And the GP told us yang kalau rasa² nak bersalin kat Hospital kerajaan, better bukak buku kat sana. Kalau nak bersalin kat situ (An-Nur Hospital, Bangi in this case), kene bukak buku kat situ jer. Sebab once dah bukak buku kat Klinik swasta, during monthly check-up nanti takleh wat kat Klinik kerajaan, kene wat kat situ jer! However, it's the other way around if in the first place you opened your "Pregnancy Reference Book" at a Government Clinic. Err paham ker?? Maksud me, kalau mula² lagi dah bukak buku kat Klinik kerajaan, tapi later on nak check-up kat Klinik swasta pun boley. Means, "Buku Merah" tu boleh guna kat mana², kat Klinik kerajaan or kat Klinick swasta! Tapi kalau bukak buku kat Klinik swasta, buku tu bukan "Buku Merah" yerrr tapi buku check-up Kilinik tu sendiri. So that's why you can't bring it to make any check-up at the Government Clinic. Haaa... Skang paham kan! Hehehe.

Ohh. And in the end, bila dah 37 weeks camtu (or less than that), boleh jer gi "book" kat Hospital mana you nak bersalin. Tak kisah dah kat mana² tapi kene "book" dulu laa. And of course kalau dah bukak buku kat Klinik swasta, takleh arr tetiba nak bersalin kat Hospital kerajaan... Err! Kalau tak silap laa.. Part nak bersalin nanti tak sure lagi pasal hal "booking²" nihh.. Saya masih belajar! Harap maklum yer.... Hihihi! :P

Hmmm. Tapi kan korang....

You know, me being me, I don't quite agree in the first place with Hubby's plan! Huhuhu. Degil kan si Wifey nih?? Well, my Mom didn't have any experience with a Government Clinic/Hospital so that's why I'm quite reluctant to get their service. Plak tu, banyak dengar cerita² & experiences people yang sangattt laa tak best & scary so lagi lah buat me takmo gi kat Klinik/Hospital kerajaan.... :(

But..............

Bila difikirkan balik... Waktu beranak bersalin nanti sebenarnya ikut "bahagian masing²" sebenarnya... Kita tatau cabaran yang Allah nak kasi kat kita nanti time bersalin tu. Senang ker, susah ker, cepat ke, lambat ke... Kita takkan tau! So me fikir² kan, macam mane hebat pun Gynae/Hospital/Medical Centre/service yang kita dapat sepanjang pregnancy period kita tu, ia tak menjanjikan yang kita akan mudah (skema nyer ayat!! :P) or selamat melahirkan baby kita. Betul tak?? Well yesss! Tak dinafikan yang.... Sometimes ada orang (or most people) dapat experience tak best kat Hospital kerajaan tapi ada jugak yang mudah & takde masalah bersalin kat situ. Sometimes jugak, bayar beribu² untuk service kat tempat swasta tapi bila waktu bersalin, Ya Allah susahnyaaaa & banyak jugak kes yang me dengar, Klinik/Hospital private nih suka amik mudah and lajuuu jer nak soh kita lahirkan baby through operation/c-sec. Tapi bukan semua yer. Ada yang bersalin normal & takde masalah... :) Well, like I said... "Itu bahagian masing² nanti"... :)

Ya Allah Ya Tuhanku... Permudahkanlah urusanku ketika melahirkan zuriat pertamaku ini Ya Allah... *amen*

And of course! Since Hubby will most probably be the one paying for my check-up, so redha jer lah kan? I actually want to get the service from An-Nur Hospital, Bangi (because I've had some visits to the place before) with a proper gynea but now, I will just let my Hubby decides. I'm sure he knows what's the best for me & our Baby Jr., insyaAllah... As long as we pray hard so that everything will turn out fine, bersalin kat mana² pun boleh kan?? *think positive Anita! POSITIVE!* :P :D

So.... Since takleh bukak buku lagi, kitorang pun patah balik gi KKSP. Just niceee because the time was 14:00 sharp waktu tu. Heh.

Masuk² KKSP terus gi Registration Counter! Ohh NO!!! Not againnn.... *sigh* Diulangi, being a first-time Parents-to-be, kitorang salah langkah lagi!!! I still can't open the "Buku Merah"!! :( Why??? Because I just hit my 2 Months pregnancy so it's wayyy too early to open the book. Huwaaaa. Naper tak cakap awal²!?? Isk isk. So in the end, we made an appointment to bukak buku & do our first check-up in early January 2009 nanti. Huhuhuhu. Sadis kan cerita nih??

Ohhh. Time's up!! Nak balik dah... Yeap! I'm working today eventhough it's Selangor's Public Holiday! Huhuhu.
