TIME TO HEAD OUT The following illustrations from renowned medical illustrator Peg Gerrity show how a baby moves through the birth canal during a typical vaginal delivery.
READY The baby is at term and the cervix is beginning to dilate.
SET The mother's membranes rupture as the cervix continues to dilate.
GO The baby's head is crowning, usually after a couple of hours of pushing.
WELCOME The head has been delivered and the rest of the baby will soon follow.

huuu serammmm! risik2 my friend pun dorang kate sakit. Ayat tak bleh terima "melahirkan adalah kedua sakit selepas mati" Haiyakkkk! Allahualam. Tapi kena laluinya jugakan..itulah kelebihan wanita :D (ayat motivasi)
byk2 berdoa sama2 dgn hubby, insyaAllah,proses brsalin akn dipermudahkn..memangla sakit sgt tp sakitkn penghapus dosa..:) kna bertenang n jgn panik spy taklupa camne nk push..:)

Heheh, I've gone thru dat critical moments.. :) tapi i C section sbb breech bb.. what to say! kena byk sabar and be strong!! I'll pray for u dear!! :)
