1 Year 11 Months Old

Alhamdulillah...

My AF turns 1 Year 11 Months old today. Ohhh sangat cepat! *touched*

I have a lot to jot down regarding his milestones and achievements but macam in a rush jugak nih. Haish. Probably I'm going to make an entry about that in the next, next entry. Hehe.

Entry ni pendek jer sebab I ada 1 important entry to post after this. *wink²*

So oklah. Short & sweet (sweet ke?) entry untuk yang ni.

Mummy loves you, son! Mwahh! :D

Nak tepek gak muka orang yang kebosanan 'coz kerja hari ni eventhough it's Saturday & Public Holiday lagi. Hahaha. Pix taken dalam toilet sebab bosan kerja weekend tapi cam takde orang & tak banyak kerja pun! :þ

21 Months Old.

Awww. Anak sy sudah 1 tahun 9 bulan today!

Dunno nak rasa apa. Excited, happy, sedih, semua pun campur².

This may sound cliche but... Cepatnya masa berlalu!!! :(

Alhamdulillah my AF sihat walafiat & semakin bijak pandai! Dah mula bercakap sket² dengan clear. Mula² risau gak takot dia lambat cakap. Tapi my Husband banyak kali cakap. AF ni maybe tak cakap awal cam some kids, but once dia dah start cakap, he will talk non-stop. Ada je yang nak dibebelnya. Hiks. Same way masa dia nak start jalan dulu. Mula² few steps jer. Lepas tu terus berlari! Hahaha.

So Moms out there. Takde istilah anak tu cepat pandai, or lambat capai milestones dia okay! As long as dia sihat & faham apa yang you cakap, tak kisah dia nak start cakap or jalan masa 2 years old or later than that. Takde apa nak dirisaukan! Every child is unique. Jangan paksa dia 'coz sooner or later, dia akan master milestone dia tu. And sometimes, lagi terer dari budak² yang dah capai benda² tu awal. Ehh faham ke apa I merepek ni? Hehehe. Terlari topik plak! :þ

Oh well...

To date, my AF is still my booby baby! He's still 100% consuming Mummy's milk! Alhamdulillah... Maybe some of you rasa tak percaya 'coz I jarang cerita pasal BF kat sini. But it's the truth. My blog pun mainly pasal my life & bukan pasal BF semata. So that's why I takde nak focus cerita pasal BF jer. Huhu. Sorry ya! Sy kurang minat nak cerita soal BF, BF, BF semata². Ada banyak lagi cerita yang menarik untuk dikongsi! Hehe. Plus, I'm the type yang kalau ada any kemusykilan bab BF² ni, sy akan terus google or tanya kawan² yang arif bab ni. Eventhough I'm a BF mom, don't be surprise if I say, sy adalah sedikit bosan nak baca blogs yang asyik² cerita hal BF, BF, BF... Hmmm. Terpulang la kan. Hak masing² nak cerita apa kat blog korang. Tapi FOR ME, I choose not to focus my writing & cerita pasal tu saje. Lagi best cerita pasal Motherhood! :)

Haaa. Dah tersimpang lagi dari entry nih! Hihihihihi.

Okay lah. Nothing much to update about my AF at 21 Months. He's growing accordingly to his age! Makin bijak, makin memahami apa yang kitorang cakap kat dia, makin cheeky, sangat manja, sangat handsome (hiks!) & all the +ve achievements! Hehe. Ohh. Rasanya gigi dia masih 16 in total! Tapi of course lah... Bila dah makin besar ni, ke'naughty'an dia pun menjadi² gak! Pening kepala sometimes. Haha.

But it's part of the learning process for us; him as a toddler & for us as parents! So I'm not complaining! I'm cherishing his toddler-life & parenting!! Yay! Hehehe. ;D

Dah lama tak update & now sajer nak cerita pasal some facts about my little boy.

Why 15 jer? Sikit nya?!? Haha. Saje nak tulis 15 jer sebab my son is turning 15 Months in few days time. So kira okay lah tu. Kang tulis over banyak kang ada plak cakap too proud of anak sendiri. Ehh tapi takpe la kan. Mak nak bangga pasal anak sendiri, salah ke? Hehe. :p

Hmmmmm.

I call it 'Amazing Facts' simply because he's my amazing son and he amazes me with every little thing that he does and did. ;)

So lets start listing out the facts.

His 2nd Aidilfitri. :)

15 Amazing Facts About Adzryl Faheem

1. Saturday is his birth day.
2. 4th July 2010 is his birth date.
3. He was born at 6.05pm at Labor Room 4, Hospital Putrajaya.
4. He was born naturally without drugs via SVD.
5. He's 3.0kg in weight & 49cm in height when he was born.
6. He scored 9/10 for his APGAR.
7. He was born with a cleft chin.
8. He has 2 pusar kat rambut or belakang kepala dia.
   
9. He's our first child and the first grandchild to both my parents & parents-in-law.
   
10. He's also the first great grandchild to my Husband's grandparents whom Adzryl called TokWan & TokNek.
    
11. I think he's going to be a lefty. He picks up almost everything with his left hand.
12. He never use any pacifier since newborn till now.
13. He never sleep in any swing/buai since newborn till now.
    
14. He doesn't sleep on pillows since newborn till now. That explains why his head (note: head, bukan face) is quite bulat macam kepala anak omputih! Hiks. Perasan sudahhh. Ni bukan I yang cakap tapi ada someone yang cakap. :p
15. He only drinks Mummy's milk and it's almost 15 Months now. Alhamdulillah.

P.S. I'm thinking to have a small open house Hari Raya makan² for friends. Insya Allah it'll be on 9th October. Baru plan², belum confirm lagi. :p

12 months & counting

Yesss!

Anak saya dah setahun... He's my toddler baby now! :)

Dah lama tak update pasal his progress & milestones. Hmmm. Lets see... Apa latest milestones my son sekarang yek?

Oh well... There are some that I can think of now. :)

• He's still a fully BF baby without any added formula. Alhamdulillah... It ain't easy if you ask me! But I'm happy & so blessed with this achievement. Doakan segalanya dipermudahkan hingga titisan terakhir yer! ;)

• He can stand without support tapi selalunya kalau dia sedar dia berdiri, cepat² dia duduk and gelak². Hahaha. Funny lah, you! :P

• He can walk a single step but isn't walking properly yet. It's okay. Slowly, son! Mummy & Daddy tak paksa kalau belum ready, okay? :)

• He's so clingy & very manja sejak dah setahun ni. Haha. Tak boleh tak nampak Mummy depan mata, mesti nangis or jerit! Very the 'drama king' hokeyy! Kalau nangis tu, siap keluar air mata. Pastu bila angkat, terus diam & sengih². Huuuu. Sometimes pening dibuatnya because he wants only ME and not even his Daddy can entertain him. Aiyoooo... :P
  

• Loves to do the 'Hello²' talking-on-the-phone gesture with anything that he's holding. Remote lah... Toys lah... Whatever lah yang boleh jadi his "telephone". Sooo comel!! ;D

• Our house is like a nursery/kindergarten already with lots of toys di sini sana. But his favourite "toys" mesti the remote controls and handphones! Aiyooo... What's up with babies & remote controls or handphones ey!? :))

• He weights 8kg at 12 Months old dengan ketinggian 74cm. Walaupun berat dia macam turun sket dari previous month, but I think dah sesuai lah tu berat & ketinggian dia kan! Sebab kalau dia lagi berat mesti lagi tinggi. So just nice! Hehe.

• He's a very active baby. Period. :P

• He loves to play peek-a-boo or booo-cakkk with me during BF. Awww... I love our Mummy-Son bonding time! :)

• He loves cars or just any toys with sounds. All babies pun camtu kan? ;)

• At 12 Months Old, he has 7 teeth; 4 at the top, 3 at the bottom. I pun dah biasa dia bite my nips during BF. Aiyooo... All for you, baby! Isk. :P
  

• Makin susah nak pakaikan diapers or baju lepas mandi. Cheeky lil'boy! :D

• He eats almost everything now ever since he's 9 months plus. Haha. Not just "everything" though. Tapi kiranya macam our food pun kitorang suap gak laa kat dia. Sometimes I kasi gak dia rasa pedas² sket tapi yang mild laa. Nasi pun I kasi yang ketul² terus bukan yang lenyek². Cuma kalau porridge untuk nursery jer I blend sket tapi kasi lumpy, not cair. Hehe. Ohh tapi kan, Husband & I jer boleh kasi dia makan apa saja. Bila orang lain yang kasi, I akan rasa geram sket. Ntah nape. Tapi I memang tak suka orang lain suka hati kasi makan itu ini. Kiranya, biar Husband & I yang kasi dia cuba makan itu ini, orang lain takleh! You get me!? :)

Ehh okay lah. Ada issue plak kat office ni. Got to go!! I will update later! :P

Lagi sebulan anak Mummy nak jadi toddler! Awwww... Sangat cepat! Dah ready ke anak Mummy nih? Mummy cam ala² tak ready jer... Hukk.

10 Months Old

Yeahhh!

Anak saya sudah 10 bulan today! :)

Nothing much to cerita about his milestones sebab lebih kurang sama jer dari last month. Cuma ada laa penambahan skills sket! Heeee... Banyak sampai tak ingat nak list out kan! Hikk.

Anak saya sihat, alhamdulillah. Dah jarang dapat sakit. Syukur²... :)

Anak saya masih minum my milk sepenuhnya. No added FM so far. Alhamdulillah! :)

Anak saya dah ada gigi 6 batang! 2 kat bawah, 4 kat atas! :D

Anak saya boleh berdiri sendiri sambil berpaut pada segala benda yang dia leh berpaut. :P

Anak saya masih "gayat" nak lepaskan tangan masa berdiri. Dia lepaskan kejap² jer then terus berpaut lagi. Tak pun dia terus duduk kalau kita cuba lepaskan tangan dia. Super comel! ;)

Anak saya lasakkkk sangat tapi tidak lah super hyper ke apa. Normal lah for his age tengah nak explore itu ini. :P

Apa lagi ekk? Rasanya tu jer kot yang leh ingat.

Ohh anyway, he's very vocal now tapi belum boleh cakap betul² lagi laa. Hehehe.

Adzryl's 1st Push-Walker

Actually kan, on the day we surveyed the walkers for our little baby, we have decided on the ONE for him. Sebelum² ni pun memang dah berkenan kat yang satu ni. Hehe. :)

So here it is... This is our choice for our darling Adzryl! We bought it exactly the next day (on Sunday) sebab excited sangat! :)

Vtech First Steps Baby Walker. ;)

Hikk.

I think it's quite obvious that Husband & I (especially me) fancy this one compared to the rest. Eventhough there's a newer version of this walker where the handle is in green, but we still like this one!! Yang hijau handlenya tu, serabut sket lah I tengok. Heeee... Ni pendapat I laa. Lain orang, lain pendapat kan? :P

Ohh!

Like I said, kitorang tak cari yang ride-on punya but just a simple walker for him to PUSH. Memang berguna sangat walker nih. Sakan si tecik saya tu dok jalan satu rumah. Err. The whole hall area, I mean. I tak kasi dia masuk bilik tolak walker. Hehehe. :)

Puas hati dah beli walker ni!

Now our next target is to find a car seat for our Adzryl. Aiyakkk! Yang nih dah lama dok survey² masih belum jumpa the ultimate one! Yang best and cantik menarik mestilah harga pun cantik kan. Heeee... What we're looking for is yang cantik, selesa untuk Adzryl, not too bulky, padding mesti best & selesa, and affordable!! Yang elok tak semestinya kena mahal sangat kan? Husband & I cari car seat dalam range RM400-600. Tapi kalau ada cheaper & elok, why not!?? ;) Ohh. We have yet to check out My Dear punya. Susah laa nak gi warehouse dia kat Puchong tu. Sebab weekdays jer bukak! Iskk.

Ohh. Anyone have any suggestions pasal car seat apa yang elok, selesa, menarik & affordable?? Do let me know, ya! :)

Lets share some developments and milestones of my darling baby! :)

***Adzryl Faheem @ 9 Months***

• 4 teeth altogether now! 2 at the bottom, 2 at the top. But now looks like a teeth or two are coming out because my lil'guy asyik jilat2 gusi bawah dia & asah gigi dan gusi kat atas. Haha. We'll just wait & see then... :)

• He's still a fully breastfed baby! Awww... Alhamdulillah. Dah 9 Months perjuanganku! Insya Allah the nearest target is 1 year. *amen*
  

• Can stand with or without support. Tapi without support tu kitorang tak penah kira lak berapa seconds. Haha. Si tecik ni pun cam malas nak stand sendiri lama2. Nanti dia beratkan diri dia and terus duduk. Haha. It's okay! No rush, ok son? :)

• Sangat sangat sangatttt lasak & active!! Within seconds dah merata dia gi. He will crawl and panjat all over the place. Huhu. We must be extra alert now! Have to start baby-proofing the house too! Hohoho.

• He's 7.5kg now. Not much different from last month. I blame his active'ness! Hahaha. No laaa. As long he's healthy. Slim sket pun tak kisah lah. We're trying our best untuk naikkan berat dia banyak2 tapi sebab berat dia tak naik sangat could be because he's a active baby! :)

• I think he's taller than last month walaupun taktau berapa height dia. Hikk.

• He's more vocal now. Not sure on his first word though. Huhu. But every now & then, I always hear him saying "Emmmmeyyy" masa tengah nangis or mengamuk. Sounds like 'Mummy' ey!? Sometimes I heard him say "Iiiiibuuuu", "Makkkkk" and some others. Semuanya not so clear lah but kalau dengar betul2 ada bunyi and perkataan yang dia sebut. Hikk.
  

• Sometimes my little guy also show his 'Infant Tantrums'. Iskk. Is it too early untuk menunjukkan rasa rebellious?? Macam kalau amik barang dari tangan dia, nanti dia ngamok2 and jerit2. Same thing kalau larang dia dari buat itu ini, nanti dia marah and tunjuk perasaan. Hehehe. Comel jer kalau tengok! Tapi kekadang tu geram jugak!! Kecik2 dah pandai nak mengamuk ekk, Sayang!? :P

• Suka main hide & seek with his dearest Daddy. Hikk. Soooo cute when they both main hide & seek ni especially masa dalam kereta. Nanti 1 day I'll try to capture the moment, okay? :)

• He knows how to cruise along the sofa. Tapi dia malas sket kekadang. Haha. Most of the time, dia lagi prefer to crawl, then stand. If he wants to move to another side, he will sit, crawl to that part, and stand again. LOL.
  

• He doesn't want to sit in his high chair or baby carrier anymore!!! Oh God!! He keeps giving me heart attack dup dap dup dap feel sebab banyak kali I caught him standing on his high chair and baby seat carrier. Godddd! Risau lah Mummy, Sayang! :P

• He recognizes his parents; me & my Husband MORE now! He'll be sooo clingy especially with me. Hihi.

• Until now, since birth lagi si tecik kesayangan saya ni tak pernah rasa or hisap pacifier! Yayy! :)

• Selain tak ajar hisap pacifier, my Adzryl pun tak pernah tidur dalam buai! Memang dari lahir Husband & I taknak biasakan camtu. So far memang tidur sendiri jer. :)

• Suka berdiri berpaut kat apa2 yang depan mata. Terbaru, dia dah pandai berdiri dalam baby carrier (car seat) & his high chair! Hish hish. :P

8 Months Old

Dah besar dah anak bujang Mummy nih! Awwwww... 8 bulan?? 8 months!??? Cepat sungguh!!!! Rasa cam baru jer semalam bersalinkan si tecik. Uhukk! Syahdu nya feeling masa tu & sekarang nih bila tengok anak membesar depan mata... Awwwwww lagi! Hikk.

Well well.

Macam biasa...

Lets see the development and milestones of my darling baby!! :)

Adzryl Faheem @ 8 Months old

• Semakin expert merangkak since 5 months plus masa dekat² 6 Months. :)

• Masuk 7 Months terus boleh duduk without support. Yayy! ;D

• New found sleeping style!! My Adzryl suka tidur meniarap since 7 Months plus, especially bila dia penat or mengantuk sangat! Lately, he will bebel² masa mamai² tu and tup tup terus tertidur dalam position apa² yang dia tengah buat. Sometimes tu sampai berpusing² tergolek² atas katil cari position paling selesa then terus doozeee off to lalaland! Hikk. Comeyyy!! ;D

• Like I said earlier, he can sit without support now. So since 7 Months plus, baru Husband & I berani letak dia dalam child seat or high chair kalau kitorang makan kat luar! Yayy! Senang sket Mummy & Daddy nak makan! :D

• Ohh. We bought him a simple high chair too from IKEA! Hari tu ingat nak beli FP Rainforest high chair masa FP Warehouse Sale tu sebab it's really cheap compared to the NP. Tapiiii sebab malas sangat nak queue & bersesak-sesak, so terpaksa lah melupakan hasrat tu! Rugi nya rasa... Uhuk! But then, it's alright, Anita!! High chair IKEA tu pun simple & okay jugak. Plus, senang nak biasakan dia bila makan kat restaurant luar sebab most places sekarang pun guna high chair from IKEA as baby/child seats kan? So senang lah! Heeeee... :P

• Dah timbang his weight at 8 Months tapi naik cuma 100-200 grams jer. Our Adzryl is now 7.3kg!!! Iskk. Macam ringan jer kan? Tapi bila angkat dia kusss semangatttt! Hmm. As his Mummy, I'm quite worried pasal ni. Normal kah berat anakku cuma 7.3kg at 8 Months? I teringin nak tengok his berat naik jadik 8kg tapi blom kesampaian lagi... Kat mana silapnya ekk? :( Apa² pun, I agree with my Husband! Asalkan Adzryl sihat, tak perlu lah kitorang risau! Yeahhh...

• At 8 Months old, my Adzryl is still fully breastfed by me!! Alhamdulillah syukur... Walaupun dah zero EBM stock dalam fridge for a month plus & bergantung kat daily fresh milk, syukur sangat dah 8 months perjuangan me! Insya Allah akan diteruskan selagi termampu & selagi rezeki my Adzryl ada... Please pray for us! *amen* :)

• My Adzryl semakin lasak dari sebelumnya!!! Dah explore satu rumah pun! Sekarang ni kalau dia tak nampak Mummy dia nih depan mata, terus zassss dia merangkak ke dapur cari I. Kalau dia baru bangun dari short nap pun, mesti dia tercari-cari I. Awwwww... Terharu okehh bila anak cari ibunya... Hikk. :)

• Semakin handsome & ada sharp features!! Ohhh dagu lekuknya juga semakin obvious & menjadi favourite ku... Dimples kat kiri kanan pipi tu pun makin nampak! Hikk! Geramnyaaaa Mummy!! Puji anak sendiri tak salah kan? :P

• Dah sebulan lebih my Adzryl tak mandi guna bath tub! Husband & I mandikan dia direct guna 'shower' terus. Seronok sebab dia tak takut air sejuk dah! ;D

• On solids, during the day at Nursery, memang I masih bekalkan rice cereals jer. Tak kesampaian lagi hajat I nak cook for him rice porridge & bekalkan untuk Nursery. Iskk. Sometimes masa malam jer I sempat nak cook for my baby! For now, tak cukup bahan & peralatan! Insya Allah this weekend Husband & I nak gi beli new cooking gadgets for our little one! Yeah, guna just for him! Nak cari new blender, new thermos for food storage, etc etc. Anyone leh suggest kat mana & brand apa yang bagus?? Thanks!! :)

• My Adzryl semakin 'vocal' now!! Potpet potpet jer mulut dia. Sometimes mata pejam or tengah mamai² pun mulut potpet² jugak! Hikk. Comel!! Husband & I suka layan dia cakap. Bila dia potpet² yang satu tone tu macam bunyi "Aaaaarrrr" yang panjang, nanti kitorang pun buat bunyi yang sama. Hikk. Seronok! Sebab nanti end up akan gelak sama2! Awwww... ;D

• My Adzryl sekarang selain dari expert merangkak, dia memang suka panjat² & berdiri! Eiii geram kekadang! Pantang ada benda tinggi sket depan mata, nanti dia tarik diri dia & terus berdiri! Pastu sengih² macam nak tunjuk laa yang dia terer berdiri! Chitt! Hihihi. Risau okeh, sayang... Boleh heart attack kalau dia tiba² berdiri pegang my back, pegang meja & even pegang his bouncer!! Errkkk!

• My Adzryl semakin mesra & murah senyuman sekarang! Tak mahal sangat dah senyuman dia tu. Tapi kalau baru bangun tido, dia senyum kat Mummy & Daddy dia jer. Kalau orang lain kacau, dia ngamok! Kalau first time jumpa, kena kasi masa dulu kat dia untuk mesra & senyum²! Jangan terjah & kecoh² terus nanti dia tak suka. Hehehe.

• Up to today, masih lagi bergigi 2! Dua² kat bawah & kat depan. Kat gusi atas nampak dah putih² nak keluar gigi & gusi pun dah keras. Sket lagi keluar lah tu gigi atas dia... Ok'oww! Mesti makin sakit bila dia gigit time BF nanti. Huhuhu.

• God! Susah betul nak kasi dia duduk lama² dalam baby carrier dia. I mean, his car seat! Susah betul sekarang ni! Dia tau jer kalau I angkat dia & tunduk kat car seat dia, dia terus jerit² macam nak nangis. Dia tak suka!! Mesti kena pujuk² and distract dia sampai dia stop merengek. Pandai betul! Dah pandai nak tunjuk perasaan "tak suka" yer, sayang! Hikk. So yes, masa nak hantar dia ke Nursery & masa nak amik dia from his Nursery adalah a bit mencabar yer Puan² sekalian... Active betul anak I nih! :P

• He loves sitting in his stroller tapi at some points dia akan rasa bosan & cuba berdiri! OMG! Kenapa ekk babies suka wat camtu? Adzryl memang suka berdiri dalam his stroller okeh! Hmm. Maybe salah kitorang lah kot sebab tak biasakan "ikat" or pasangkan the seat belts dari dulu. Now bila nak pasang balik, ada part yang tak jumpa! Ok'oww... Nak kena check with PE balik sebab rasanya memang dari dulu takde part tu! Iskk. So susah nak make our Adzryl stay put dalam stroller dia especially dalam position duduk!! Confirm dia memang akan panjat & berdiri! Meniarap dalam stroller takyah cakap lah kan. Banyak kali dah! Heart attack okehhh! Heeeee... :P

• He's a very manja baby especially with me!!! Godddd... Memang manja sangat!!! Kalau dengan orang lain or dengan Daddy dia, boleh jer nak makan elok², nak minum from his bottle elok², nak pakai diaper elok²... Tapi kalau dengan I!?? Oh Goddd... Berperang okehhh! Susah nak pakaikan his diapers or baju lepas mandi... Susah nak kasi dia minum dengan bottle dia! Pandai tau si tecik nih. Bila Mummy dia ni ada, dia nak direct BF from me. Takmo minum from bottle eventhough susu banyak lagi dalam tu!! Aiyakkk... Dah banyak kali I bebel² kat dia pasal tak abiskan susu dalam bottle tu. Selalu I cakap apa tau? I cakap... "Adzryl sayang, minum laa susu ni pleaseee... Kesian Mummy susah² perah for you. Orang lain nak dapat susu Mummy dia susah tau tapi sayang suka takmo abiskan... Pleaseeeee minum please!". Huhuhu. Memang sedih pun kekadang! Sebab I memang susah payah perah susu tu kat office tapi dia suka tinggalkan around 1-2oz milk dalam his bottle. That is a lot to me sebab sekarang kan susu I ala² merundum sket productionnya. Grrrr... Geram tau!!! Tapi bila dia tersengih² tengok I membebel tuh, sejukkkk hati I! LOL... Tak jadik nak marah bila tengok my baby senyum! Hikk. :P

• He has the sweetest smile everrrr!! ;D (well, semua Moms pun cakap camtu pasal anak dorang kan? :P)

• Makin cerdik! He knows what "Bye Bye" means only that he doesn't know how to wave back. Heeee! :))

• I tak pernah share ni tapi sejak bila ntah, my Adzryl knows how to do a 'High 5'!! ;D

Rasanya tu jer dulu development my Adzryl yang I dapat fikirkan sekarang. I'm so proud of him no matter cepat or lambat dia achieve all the baby milestones!! All babies are unique kan?

My little baby dah tumbuh gigi!! Hihihi. ;D

Ceritanya macam ni.

On Sunday (yesterday), lepas balik dari BloggerMomma's gathering, we went to my friend, Nurul's home to visit her & her newborn baby. Awwwww... Cepat betul dah 2 months baby dia! It was a quick impromptu visit and after that we went to Putrajaya to have a quick stroll at Souq. :P

Hmmm.

Then malam tu, lepas dah feed Adzryl makan and minum, we put him to sleep. It's our turn to eat pulak kan! Hehe.

So lepas dah makan², tiba² si tecik nih bangun. Mula² cam biasa laa, I tak terus angkat dia. I akan biar dulu & jeling² tengok expression muka dia masa bangun tu. Kalau okay & senyum², I biar jer. Kalau dah cebik² lain macam, baru I angkat. Heeeee. So masa si tecik bangun tu, cam biasa laa... Dia akan pusing kepala sana sini untuk cari orang keliling dia. Bila dia nampak I, sometimes senyum sometimes cebik. Haha. Malam tu, dia bangun jer, terus cebik² cam nak nangis. I terus gi kat dia lah kan. Tak sempat nak pujuk, dia nak teriak nangis! Huuuu... Nyaring sungguh suaramu anakku! :P

Well, I'm sure any mothers would know the "type of nangis" of your baby kan?

Masa dok peluk & pujuk² si tecik tu, mula² I rasa dia nangis biasa jer. Nangis² manja. Pastu lama sket, nangis dia dah lain macam! Suspense jugak but I'm ready for that! Haaaa... Confirm dah tu! Dia nangis sebab teething or sakit gusi!! Alololooo... I pujuk² dia lagi sambil bangun & hug him. Terus I gi dapur untuk cari "temporary solution"! Well....... Some of you maybe tak agree dengan cara I, but like I said, it's TEMPORARY only as we have no other choice to comfort him. Huhu. Caranya?? I amik seketul ice & place it on his gums. Ehh! Of course laa I yang pegang ice tu, takkan soh si tecik pegang kot. :P Hmmm. It worked! Dia terus diam & itu menguatkan lagi apa I rasa. Confirm nih sakit gusi! Nak tumbuh gigi yer, sayang? Hihihi.

Okay, tapi I letak ice tu kejap² jer. Si tecik nih boleh plak dok isap² ice tu! Aiyakkk. Bila I tarik ice dari mulut dia, dia nangis balik. Pastu I letak lik ice tu, main² kan kat gusi dia. He seemed to enjoy it! Hehe. Tapi cepat² I tarik balik sebab takmo biasakan dia dok isap² ice tuh! Kan sejuk... Kang tak pasal² rosak plak gigi yang nak tumbuh tu! Huhu.

Pastu si tecik dah kurang sket nangis. Nangis dia dah bertukar dari "nangis sebab sakit gusi" kepada "nangis² manja". Hihihihi.

Well, masa dia dah okay sket² tu... I terus masukkan 1 jari dalam mulut dia sebab ingat nak gosok² gusi dia untuk hilangkan rasa tak best kat gusi dia tu. Tup tup masa dok raba gusi dia tu, I rasa cam tajam². Yikes!! Apakah itu!?? Err... Terus I check gums dia, rupanya² dah ada gigi!! Yayy! Excited sangat sampai terus kasitau my Husband & dia terus raba gusi si tecik jugak. Hahaha. Seronok anak tumbuh gigi! Hikk. Memang jelas jugak warna putih² gigi tu. Rasa cam ada 2 gigi, tapi belum check betul² lagi. Yer lah. Susah wooo nak check si tecik nih punya gigi. Nanti dia cam nak geget² lak my finger. Hihihi.

Tak per lah... Next time Mummy check again, okay darling? :)

Heeeeeee...

Ntah napa. Bila my Adzryl tumbuh gigi, I lagi excited daripada dia leh start makan! Ntah pape kan I nih? :P

You know, this week is my last working week in this company... So ala² busy sket!! Huwarghhh... Tak suka betul feeling nak "blah" nih. Macam² rasa! Hikk.

P.P.S. On a different note, I cukup tak suka orang lain interfere my life especially bab nak membesarkan anak nih. Not even my parents, PIL, or sape² yang ada experience lama/banyak dalam soal nih! Hmph! Sorry tapi I memang tak suka. I rasa, biar lah Husband & I experience sendiri cara² nak besarkan anak. Biar lah kami buat silap, nanti sure dapat belajar dari kesilapan tu kan? Plus, I tak suka bila orang² tua nih soh ikut cara dorang masa dulu² tu... Eiii, ntah laa. I just cannot accept it! Sorry... Biarlah saya dengan cara saya! Okay? Sila take note! Ohh! Tapi itu tak bermakna apa² "nasihat" or opinions mereka² itu I terus reject okeh. I masih mendengar tapi tak bermakna I akan ikut. Well, hellooo! I masih respect their opinions but nasihat tu, nasihat jugak... Just let Husband & I make the decision for our baby! Dah nama pun OUR SON, so we have every rights on him!! ;D

6.5 Months Old

Hi, people!

It has been almost a week since my last post kan? Tak tau laa apsal malas sangat nak update. There are lots of things to share tapi memang takde masa nak update kat office. Kat rumah memang susah sket laa nak update kan because memang focus kat si tecik. (Read: Husband conquer laptop sebenarnya! Hihihi. Peace, Hubster! :P)

Hmmm.

So how's everyone doing?

Me? I'm good tapi ada tak sihat sket2. Huuuu. My Adzryl? He's fine & very2 active these days. Tak larat... Hikk! :P

Well, today's my Adzryl turns 6 Months 2 Weeks old. Meaning, dah 6 bulan setengah. Lagi half a month to 7 Months! Woww... Cepat nya!!! :)

Lets see what are his milestones sampai ke hari ni.

Adzryl's Milestones @ 6 Months 2 Weeks

• During his 6th Month Check-Up, just like I thought, Adzryl didn't gain any weight since last month! Seriously... That got me worried sangat2 tapi bila tengok si tecik and his active'ness. I think it's quite normal. He's still an active baby despite berat tak naik langsung. I rasa sebab tu kot berat dia tak naik. Sebab dia tersangatttt active!! Hikk. :)

• At exactly 6 Months old, my Adzryl weights 6.5kg. Kecik kan? Tapi semangat okeh badan dia. Lenguh bila angkat lama2. Heeee. ;D Ehh tapi his height/length is 69cm tau! Hmm. I rasa cam Nurse tu salah check because I saw macam between 70-72cm tapi apa² jer lah. Terima jer lah Nurse tu cakap 69cm! Next month nak check lagi. Heeeee. :P
  

• Fret not! Because at exactly 6 Months 5 Days old (Read: 5 days lepas dah mula makan), Adzryl gained 500 grams and up till today, berat dia maintain jer. Hikk. So yeah. My Adzryl now weights 7kg!! Weee... ;D
  

• Adzryl tasted his first solids on his 6th Month birthday! His first solid food is plain rice cereal. :)

• Has started to move forward rather than "reverse" few days before he reached 6 Months old. :)
  

• Has started to master his new found skill, which is crawling!! Yes, my Adzryl has started to crawl almost perfectly at 6 Months 10 Days old. Bravo, my angel! :)

• Can sit with support tapi Husband & I takmo biasakan pegang si tecik dalam position duduk sebab nak biar dia belajar duduk sendiri. Hikk. :)

• At times while crawling, he will do this one silang kaki action and by the look at it, my MIL thinks that our Adzryl will sit soon. Sebab cara dia bengkokkan kaki tu macam nak duduk. Hikk. Mummy will wait for that moment, sayang! Meanwhile, keep on practising! Lambat ke cepat, I'm always proud of you! :)

• Suka panjat-memanjat. Yesss! Si tecik suka panjat badan Mummy & Daddy dia bila kitorang tengah baring. Aiyakkk. Bahaya lah, sayang! There was once when dia tengah panjat belakang badan my Husband and suddenly he lost control and jatuh kebelakang. Sib baik atas carpet. He cried tapi lepas I pujuk2, dia active balik panjat-memanjat. Aiyakkk. :P

• Lately nih, my Adzryl tends to wake up in the middle of the night and cry... Macam mengigau or had bad dream gitu sebab mata dia tertutup. Sometimes dia bangun and nangis nyaring2. I think dia mengigau sebab siang banyak main. Hishh. Ntah lah. Kalau dia terbangun camtu, I terus sumbat boob & BF him to sleep. Hmmm. Ada tak sesape yang baby dia camtu? I perasan yang Adzryl jadi camni bila dia dah 6 bulan. Mengigau jerrrr... Haih!

• Sometimes, separation anxiety menyerang!!! Hikk. Tak tau kenapa. Kadang2 tu, dia takleh berenggang ngan I. Even if I slowly walk to the kitchen, dia akan pandang jer I dari I bangun sambil berjalan... Then bila dah jauh sket, dia mula tersedu-sedu nak nangis. Then kalau I tak pandang, dia nangis terus lah. Even my Husband nak pujuk pun tak jalan. Kena gak laa I pusing balik and once dia nampak I, terus senyap. Bila I angkat dia, lagi dia suka. Aiyakkk. Susah lah camni, sayang. Mummy nak buat kerja. Pastu macam mana Daddy nak jaga malam2 masa Mummy kerja!? Huhuhu.

• Dah makin pandai tunjuk rasa marah. Hikk. Kalau dibiarkan lama2 atas bouncer tuh, mula laa jerit2 soh angkat. Sometimes masa dok jerit2 tu, dia pandang jer I and give me the "kesian" look as if saying 'Mummy, pick me up please!!!'. Wahhh. Pandainya anak Mummy kasi signals yer! :P

• Today, as at 6M2W... I realized that my Adzryl dah bosan with his food. He's bored with the plain rice cereal eventhough I mix it with vegetables puree and he's also bored with Farley's Rusks. Can you believe that? Mula2 rasa dia cam suka sangat and excited everytime it's meal time. But now... Even Rusks pun dia tak suka! Hish. I walaupun dah besar still suka rasa biscuit tu okeh. Tapi Adzryl macam dah bosan. Susah nak kasi dia habiskan his food. Haihhh. Help me, Mommies! What to feed him now?? Clueless jap. :(

• Food that my Adzryl has tasted until today (Read: 2 weeks eating solids)... Plain Rice Cereal, Farley's Rusks, Heinz Apple, Heinz Organic Vegetables (Pumpkin & Sweet Potato), Heinz Organic Sweet Baby Vegetables (Sweet Potato, Potatoes & Sweet Corn), handmade porridge (with Carrots & Ikan Tenggiri). :)

• Makin kuat menyusu. Yes, I still fully BF until today. Alhamdulillah. :)

• Since Adzryl dah mula makan, I dah start kasi dia minum air masak. Tapi sometimes jer laa kasi bila rasa2 dia dahaga and masa makan. :)

• Since last week, Adzryl tiba2 buat satu face expession baru. Klakar sangat sebab expression muka dia tu macam ala2 berkerut muka cam banyak masalah. LOL. Nanti lah kalau sempat nak capture the expression, I'll snap some pictures! :P

Alrighty.

Nanti kalau ada yang nak tambah lagi, nanti2 I add on in the list okeh.

Adzryl Faheem's First Solids

Yayy!!

The day our baby turned 6 Months young is the day that we decided to give him the very first solids food.

Yes, it's exactly on his 6th Month Birthday! ;D

Awwwwww...

Dengan perasaan yang campur² (Read: I lah tu. My Husband memang dah lama excited! :P), balik jer dari our Adzryl's 6th Month Check-Up, we went for Lunch and terus balik sebab nak kasi dia makan. Heeeeeeee... Memang excited first-time parents nih tau! :P

Well, dari last night lagi I dah prepare & allocate my breast milk siap² sebab takmo hari ni kelam kabut nak cari susu. Hikk. Well yes, I'm still using my breast milk to feed him. On BF, insya Allah I akan teruskan selagi susu masih ada. :)

Hmmm.

So well, people!!

We are proud to announce that our little baby is soooo ready for his first solids!!

Well, his first taste of food is the plain rice cereal from Nestle! Well, I've read somewhere yang brand Nestle for baby food tak elok. Tapi since I believe it's being made and produced in Malaysia, so I trust the brand for now. Future nanti kalau betul² tak elok or memang betul² memusykilkan, nanti I stop kasi. Hmph!

Husband & I sajer jer kasi rice cereal yang plain or original flavor dulu sebab nak kasi dia biasa rasa nasi. Ehh. Betul ker nasi? Hikk. :P Once he's okay with that, then baru kitorang nak add sket isi² lain macam sayur ker, carrot ker (Read: I hate carrots!! But I taknak my baby pilih² makan. I know that carrot is good tapi I jer yang memang tak suka rasa carrot tu. :P), broccoli ker, salmon ker (Read: I love salmon sooo much! So my baby pun kena suka makan salmon! :P), etc etc...

We'll give u a variety of food to taste ok, sayang? Tapi a big NO to sweet² food, oily² food, junk food, dan yang sewaktu dengannya okeh! Adik² sekalian (Read: Abby & AdikSa), sila monitor sekali apa food yang kemungkinan Mama or Mak nak kasi kat si tecik saya tu ekk. Takleh simply kasi dia makan apa² tau! It's for his own good so memang kena monitor! Hohoho. :P

Well, I guess it's the right time for our Adzryl to eat. When he eats, memang bersungguh-sungguh makan tau. Siap marah bila I lambat suap or tarik spoon from his mouth. Hihihihi. Comel sungguh anak Mummy & Daddy nih tau! :)

Ohhh FYI, 1st day ni Husband & I decided nak kasi dia makan 2 kali; Lunch & Dinner. 1st day ni jugak kitorang kasi 1 spoon of rice cereal jer untuk dia rasa² dulu. Esok lusa baru nak increase the amount sket². :)

Ohhh tapi kan... Malam tadi tak kasi rice cereal pun sebab we had dinner outside at Alamanda. Masa tengah dinner tiba² si tecik merengek plak so kebetulan I memang dah standby bawak Farley's Rusks dalam my handbag. So bila si tecik macam takmo dok diam and rengek² kasi susu sume tak kena, so I patahkan half the Rusks biscuit and gave to him. Surprisingly, Adzryl terus diam!! Then dia senyap jer, enjoying his first biscuit! Awwwww.... So cute!!! Balik rumah jer, I kasi dia sambung makan another half of the biscuit. Tapi sebab dah kenyang kot (Read: OTW back, I dah siap² BF dia dalam kereta) so dia makan tak abis. So apa lagi, Mummy dia nih laa yang habiskan lagi suku biscuit Rusks tu. Hihihihi. Sedap!!! Memang tak pernah fail rasa sedap biscuit tu kan? Dari dulu lagi I memang suka biscuit tu! Hikk. ;D

Oh well.

That's our very first experience as first-time parents to give our first baby his very first solids food. Awwwww... Banyak betul perkataan "first" yang I tulis kan? Hihihi.

Husband & I sure can't wait to let our Adzryl try other food SOON! Like one of my friend said, it's TIME TO EXPLORE!! *wink*

6 Months Old

Alhamdulillah...

My baby has turned 6 Months young today! Hikk. :)

Husband & I are soooo blessed with the existence of our little baby.

Ohh! FYI, I figured out that I was pregnant when our marriage turned 3 Months old, but at that time, I'm already 1 Month plus pregnant!

And now....

After 6 Months of giving birth to a beautiful handsome baby, I can proudly say that we made it through the half year period of being Mummy & Daddy!! Yayy... Selama almost 43.5 days berpantang kat umah my parents, then we started to raise our baby on our own, under our own house's roof! Hikk. Ntah pape jer description! :P

Yeah, senang cerita... We're proud parents of Adzryl Faheem!! ;D

As a first time Mom, I learned A LOT from our Adzryl. :)

Yang paling² bermakna is... He taught me to be more patience! Hikk. Thank you, angel! :)

Well... Nanti I nak share some videos of our son.

Guess what!? Instead of mengesot or crawling secara 'reverse', he can now move forward tau!! Few days before he turned 6 Months, I dah perasan. Tapi bila dah masuk 6 Months, lagi obvious! Dia rajin practice kot... Practice makes perfect, kan sayang Mummy? ;D

Preparation for Adzryl's First Solids

Firstly, *sob*... :(

My baby is a big baby now & he's going to start on his first solids!

I'm excited, happy & sad at the same time! Is that normal? :(

Hmmmm.

Well, to show some support to his upcoming milestone... Husband & I have gone through some readings, surveying this and that and finally decided on what to feed him for the very first time.

We have decided to start his first solids with plain rice cereals! :)

Reason being, it's easy to prepare and plus, with my working hours yang masih ntah pape nih, I don't think I'm able to prepare him homemade porridge! I'm sorry, darling... Nanti bila Mummy dah kerja normal hours or during the weekends, Mummy will spend time to cook for you okay? I promise! Insya Allah. :)

Well, so here are some food & books that Husband & I bought as a preparation towards our son's first BIG DAY! His first day eating solids, that is! Hikk. :P
