Braxton Hicks or True Labor Contractions?

Hmmm.

I read some articles about this and I think that I'm having one lahh...

I mean, the Braxton Hicks contractions!

Is it too early to feel it??

Haihh... Saspen tau! I start rasa the tightness at my belly for few days dah but it comes and goes! So after I did some reading online, I'm glad that it's normal... :)

How does it feel like?

"Before "true" labor begins, you may have "false" labor pains, also known as Braxton Hicks contractions. These irregular uterine contractions are perfectly normal and may start to occur as early as the second trimester, although they are more common during the third trimester of pregnancy. They are your body's way of getting ready for the "real thing."

Braxton Hicks contractions can be described as tightening in the abdomen that comes and goes. These contractions are typically not painful and do not occur at regular intervals. So yeahhh...

I'm definitely feeling this now!

Ohh... Risau plak tetiba! The sudden tightness buat I rasa risau plak! And somehow rasa tak ready nak go through Labor... Uhuk!!

Apa² pun, hope it's not going to be a "false" Labor lah because that will eventually panic me out!! Yer lahh... I kan kat ofis nih! Balik kerja pun lagi 40 minutes okeh! And from 00:30 till 01:00 I'll be working ALONE!! Wahh... Hopefully I'll be fine... :)
