when u feel like..u barely cant walk..i took my mc since last week lagi..
i setuju dgn cuppycakemommy, mintak je mc 1 week b4 edd mesti dia bg punya.hehe..ckp la x larat (which is true!)
like mine mmg da tau akan deliver when ,so senang.like ur case try je 1 week mc, then sambung maternity or sambung lagi mc sampai bby kuar, so start maternity on d BIG day itself baru tak rugi ML u..;)
Hahhaa..dis is a good question..I likeee...Hehhee..u'd better read my story ni..Then u decide..My due date shud be somewhere around this week..I took 2 weeks MC since 13th May lagi tau...bayangkan..Ive been relaxing n resting at home for more than 2 weeks now..Now Im getting restless coz still NO BABY! haa..u'd better think carefully..Better wait until the 'enlightment', or until u feel those minor cramps, then only u take leave...Hhehe..Pape pun, it's up 4 u to decide bebeh.
based on my observation..hihi..
u just take 1 week leave b4 your EDD ( just to prepare anything ). and if let say u're about to give birth at 36th weeks, then just (of course) you off. hehehe..if u're over due (meaning u still on leave n not give birth yet), amik MC je dr doc to cont. until u deliver.
after all, if your AL still banyakkkk, pe salah amik 3 weeks early from EDD, betol x?

hahaha nits sab pun tgh pikir bnda yg sama lar...tp sab da decide nk ambk 2 weeks early...nk rileks2 kt rumah sblm menggunakan seluruh tenaga nk kluar kan junior kite nie hehehe..klau mntk mc awl kt doc,dia bg kan??klau dkt smc yat ckp,doc siap offer mc smnggu awl...seronok btl
before baby keluar, amek MC/AL kalau byk lagik. kira ML dari masa baby keluar. kalau dak jadi cam my fren yang masuk keje masa anak baru sebulan lebih. seriously 2 months tuh tak cukup untuk menggomol anak. caza siap sambung dengan 2 minggu unpaid leave. haha :p
and wait..is your Maternity Leave count as Anual Leave? nope right? bcos in my company, ML will only be counting once you've given birth! that's it. so of cos before or after that (confinement) will be considered as AL/MC (if gven by doc lah). hehehe..i also plan to apply 1 week b4 i beranak sbb nak balik kg. IF only beranak awal smggu la. hahaha..
i two weeks before EDD dokter dah bagi MC. heaven gile. =P
hi anita. i dulu amek 1 week leave b4 edd. leave tu tak termasuk annual leave. i still pegi keje masa dah 38wks. sekali baby i kuar the 1st day i was on leave. masa tu baru masuk 39wks. ehehe..tak sabar2 sungguh budak kecit tu.. ;p

i pon june jugak. in 3 weeks time la. mula2 i plan nk amik 1 week earlier..tapi tgk la keadaan..kalau i still ok..i plan to work and apply leave dalam 2 days earlier jer.
sbb i nk simpan leave utk confinement nnt and nk main dgn baby lama2 sket. amik cuti awal, then got nothing to do at home pon wasted jugak kan. :)
