as one of the requirements of my company,
for new member of the family, presenting
Adzryl Faheem b. Mohd Fadzril Faez
I need to fill up a form stating,
1. his name
2. DOB
3. POB ( Place of Birth )
i'm not sure, but it seems quite odd to see your name at the back of bin.
if you get wat i mean..
originally, my name is spelled as Mohd Fadzril Faez bin Muhd Bakri.
but during filling the new family member form,
I made a few mistakes.
so, ppl, try to find the mistakes...
1. Adzryl Faheem bin Muhd Bakri. huh?
2. Adzryl Faheem bin Muhd Fadzril Faez. wrong spelling..
3. Adzryl Faheem bin Mohd Bakri. again?
hehehe.. it took me a few times & forms to get it right.
I really have to get use to that now as my name is at the back.
which means... i'm a Daddy now!!!
before this, you're so familiar to write in your dad's or abah's or daddy's or papa's name at the back.
seems like a habit. but now, its your turn..
I really need to practice..

u know what, my husband, lan, was exactly like that too. Hehe. I think it took almost 8 months to get it right ;) neway, adzryl's smile exactly likes his mom!

heheheh kelako.. kim salam sama Anita ya.. nape tak dok teman nits ngan fadzryl kat shah alam? seronok tau tengok baby membesar dalam pantang..tak jauh sgt pun sk-shah alam.. somemore leh tolong nits tukar diaper penuh poo poo tetiap malam.. hahahaha...

i know dat SK & SA seems so near.
its not the matter of distance,
but kepenatan after work.
sure, i can go back SA tp, i wanna help nits with Adzryl Faheem.
so, staying up late is quite not suitable for to drive back from SA to SK & have a hectic day @ work.
of coz, i balik SA each & every weekend w/o fail but i'll try to balik kejap within the week.
saper nak miss out the special moments of Adzryl Faheem growing up especially in ages of days..? kan?
