I finally get my period back!
Wowww... After sooooo long, datang jugak! That shows yang my hormone dah kembali normal lah kan? Tak silap I, kalau period tak datang lagi after childbirth... Tak kira lah you BF or not, your period will only come back bila your hormone dah normal. Not sure on the facts though. Malas nak surf the Net & cari answers. So those of you yang tau pasal ni, sila share info yer! :P
As for me, fuhhhh legaaaaaa!
Lama nya tak period!! Sampai confused rasa period tu macam mana... Boleh gitu? Hihihi. :P
Okay lah...
Got to go now! Tak selesa lah since it's the first day kan... Period pain datang menyerang!! Huwaaaa... Ingatkan dah kawen & dah bersalin, takde period pain dah! Nih ada lagi!! Ohh yessss! Walaupun tak ingat dah tanda2 nak period, tapi I memang ingat sangat macam mana rasa period pain tu!! Adehhh... Sakit okeh!!

P.P.S. For Moms-to-be out there, nak tau macam mana rasa sakit bersalin?? Awal2 contractions tu, rasanya macam mild period pain & makin lama it will be the worst period pain you ever have! Meaning, please prepare yourself for the worst & paling sakit period pain ever! Masa nak push jer rasa macam nak ter'poo poo. Cam constipation gitu! Huhuhu. Bukan nak takutkan tau, but it's the truth! Good luck ya! It's a natural thing for every woman... Just let your body do its job! ;)

i just get back my period last week jugak. sama mcm u, blur2 ayam time period .. :P tp cam dah sakit perut seminggu slblm tu .. yeah, period pain still ada (walopon org ckp lepas kawen period pain xde kan), tp still ok la, mild jek.

i swim kt putrajaya normally sat/sunday morning. skang musim hujan petang2 so selalu pegi pagi. lgpon kalo petang ramai sgt org & air sejuk (xsesuai for baby).
