babe, i think 90 days is essential for new mommies.. i shud know, bcoz i got 90 days confinement leave the other day all bcoz i was working under the selangor state govt. sgt best okey! 1 month to heal, 1 month to really bond with baby, 1 month to learn motherhood n be independent.

me pun dpt 90days leave under selangor state gov, but then nanti dia akan tolak gaji ke pencen ke hape ntah sebab peringkat federal tak luluskan lagi.. so i tak ambil 90days leave tu...besides, kang amik extra 30days leave my boss meroyan la pulak...ekekekekeke.....
90 days is the best!!!...can u imagine 60 days nak hantar budak g nursery or biar dengan pengasuh...fragile lagi kan. Tapi apa nak buat.
My counterpart in Aussie kalau cuti maternity sampai 1 tahun!. While the fathers get 2 weeks paternity leave. How lucky!.
