Saturday, 4th July 2009 - The Birth Day

• So yeah... At 03:00ish, I'm already on my bed at Bed 12, Ward 2B, Hospital Putrajaya! Huhuhu... Sedey okeh! Tiba² jer kena tahan kat Hospital... First time nih I kene tahan and warded at a Hospital! Sayu jer rasa hati bila my Hubby nak balik umah jap untuk amik the Hospital Bags... (Read: Hospital Bags dah siap tapi ntah camne kitorang tak letak dalam kereta malam tu!) Huhuhu...

This is where I stayed; Bed 12, Ward 2B, Hospital Putrajaya.

• Hubby came back at around 04:10 and due to the policy at the Hospital, tak dapat lah dia teman me malam tu... Huwaaaa! I cried like nobody's business!! My Husband pun sedey jer muka dia... I rasa kesian sangat plak kat my Husband! I told him, "we should have dinner first before pergi Hospital nih... Kesian Bb tak makan lagi...". Ohh memang sedey!! Dah dekat Subuh tapi I tau my Husband's last meal was during the day... Probably Breakfast was his first & last meal of the day! Huhuhu... Sedeyyy!!! Thank God he dropped by McD on the way home after we kissed and waved Goodbye for the night... Ohh sayu lagi...... :( :(

• Hmmm... Ingatkan nak rehat lah malam tu kan! Dah lah kepala berat sebab demam, tak sangka plak every 2 hours, ada Nurse datang to monitor my BP... Haihh! Terganggu my sleeps!! :(
  

First BP check at around 03:46.

• Like I said, the Nurse came to check on me again 2 hours later. Same routine, check BP and my temperature.

2nd BP check at around 05:02.

• Yayy! My BP dah back to normal reading... Lega sket! Dalam hati I nak try gak pujuk Doctor supaya jangan induce me! Kalau lah boleh pujuk kan... Heh! I wanted my Labor to start naturally bukan through induce² nih... Huhuhu! Takut nak fikirkan kalau induce² nih tak menjadik... :(

• Woke up quite early pagi tuh... Tak dapat nak tido pun!! :( Pagi² around 07:30, dah ada Nurse ramai² yang selak all curtains in the room (including yang kat tingkap), and lipat all selimut kat katil... (Note: I stayed in a 4-bedded room okeh!) Geram gak I! Dah lah dok fikir nak tido lagi, tapi terpaksa biarkan diorang lipat selimut tuh! Grrr... :P

• Another thing, I was quite worried sebab dah pagi kan... Terus terfikir pasal nak kene induce pagi tuh! And the thoughts that Visiting Hours are only from 12:00 till 14:00, and 16:00 till 20:00 ONLY!! So bila leh jumpa my Husband nih!?? :(

• Ohh! My Husband surprised me! He came early at around 08:30 and stayed with me in my "room". Hehe! I tatau lah dia cakap apa kat Guard luar tuh, but he stayed with me all morning sampai Nurse panggil I gi "Bilik Procedure"... Dup dap dup dap! :(
  

• At the "Procedure Room", the Indian Doctor (Read: The on-call Doctor malam tadi!) tanya I, "dah buat CTG ker?". I said lah takde because the Nurses just checked on my BP and temperature jer so far. And that answer led the Doctor to marah the Nurse depan me sebab tak buat CTG check for me sebelum they induce me! Heh... Lepas Doctor tu bebel² kat the Nurse, I was asked to go back to my room and do the CTG check first! Pheww... Lega dapat tangguhkan! :P Ohh! My Mom called me and asked about my current condition! Bla blabla bla bla blabla... My Mom suruh I cakap kat Doctor pasal takmo induce! Tapi I tatau camne nak cakap kat Doctor... Haihh! We'll see, Ma... We'll see! :(

Muka Mom-to-be yang lega dapat tangguhkan "induce" process! :P

My last breakfast before going to the Labor Room. ;D

• Tup tup... At around 9:30ish, after I completed the CTG check, I was called again to the "Procedure Room"... Aiyakkk! Nervous balik... :( Now Doctor dah bertukar shift! Fuhh lega dapat Malay Doctor this time! Nampak lembut jer muka dia... :P

My Papa's name tak muat kat TAG nih! It's supposed to be "Azizan" NOT "Aziz". :P

• Huwaaaaa... Seperti yang dah difikirkan, it's the "seluk" time!!! :( First time diriku di seluk untuk check bukaan rahim sebelum proses induce bermula! :(
  

• Ohh... Alhamdulillah sangat²!!! Doctor tak jadik induce me sebab bila dia check bukaan, I'm already 3cm dilated!! Wahhh... Bila masa laa "jalan" tu dah start bukak ekk?? Seriously I tak rasa apa² pun... (Note: No contractions whatsoever yet...) Legaaa sangat bila Doctor cakap tak payah induce sebab "jalan" dah bukak... And the Doctor will check my dilation again in 4 hours time! Meaning, around 13:30 camtu... Fuhh! Hopefully dah bukak banyak nanti... :)

• I'm back to my room within minutes jer! My Husband pun terkejut apsal cepat sangat... I told him about the dilation and we're both sangat² bersyukur pasal tu! Yer lah... Sape suka kena induce kan?? Hihihi! :P
  

My last lunch before going to the Labor Room. :P

• My Parents & elder Sister came to visit me around 12:00ish... Sempat borak² kejap jer! My Mom pun lega I tak kene induce! :) Hmmm. Had my lunch and while chit-chatting with my family and Hubby, tup tup... Around 12:30, a Nurse came over to my bed and asked me to go to the "Procedure Room" again. Katanya, Doctor Pakar dah sampai nak check I! I was like... Haaa?? It's not even 13:30 yet... Cepat nye nak check balik?? Hishh... Nervous, takot, risau... Semua lah rasa time tu! :(

• This time, my lovely Husband accompanied me to the "Procedure Room". Eventhough he can't enter the Room, but he can hear our conversations inside! Heh... Alaaa, kecik jer bilik tu pun! :P

• Doctor Pakar tuh borak² ngan Doctor yang check dilation tadi... Bla blabla bla bla... Again, it's the "seluk" time!! This time, by Doctor Pakar tuh plak! Huishh... Sakit okehhh!! Tak selesa and pedih!!! Huwaaaa... I paling tak suka bab seluk² nih lah! :( When the Doctor checked my dilation, I was already 4cm dilated!! Wahhh... Cepat jugak! Tak sampai 4 hours... Hmph! Then apa lagi... The Doctor told me that she's going to pecahkan my waterbag sebab I'm already 4cm dilated and dah boleh masuk Labor Room! Huhuhu... Time "seluk" tuh memang menakutkan but time nak pecahkan water bag tu, I tatau lah dia masukkan apa kat tootttt bawah tu, but surprisingly tak rasa apa sangat! Cuma rasa nyilu sket lah bila dia pecahkan air ketuban tu, terus keluar air ala² suam and panas sket dari bawah tu...
  

• Pastu at the same time, Doctor tu masukkan ubat poo poo kat bontot (Read: 2 kali or 2 dose tak silap I!) and advised me to quickly go to the toilet and once done "the business", the Nurse akan tolak me masuk Labor Room by using a wheelchair! Wahh... Imagine!!! Tak sangka cepat betul everything jadi and tup tup I dah kene masuk Labor Room!! :( (Note: Belum rasa sakit lagi... No contractions yet! Pelik gak nih!)

• My Husband papah I gi balik bilik sebab lepas Doctor "seluk" and pecahkan waterbag I, tak selesa sket nak jalan sebab air ketuban tu dok mengalir kat bawah and rasa lain macam sket! Heh! I cepat² masuk toilet after that! Memang kuatlah ubat tuh... Tak tertahan-tahan, memang nak poo poo sangat²!! Huhuhu... Once done, I keluar toilet tu and I guess my Husband dah inform my family pasal nak masuk Labor Room dah, so I terus duduk atas wheelchair and sessi salam² mintak ampun bagai pun bermula kat tengah² ward tu... My Papa and Brother went out, right before I kena gi "Procedure Room" tu for the 2nd time, so tak sempat nak salam them! So I pesan² kat my Mama jer lah... Huhu! Pastu salam my Mama, time nak mintak ampun tuh... I crieddddd!!! Then salam my Sister, nangis lagi! Huwaaaa... Rasa sedih tiba²!! Pastu rasa sayu and takut... Yer lah! Nak masuk Labor Room dah nih!! Bersalin nih kan antara HIDUP dan MATI... Anything can happen!! Plus, dengan keadaan I yang ala² tak berapa sihat tu and sangat lah tak sangka nak go into Labor THAT SOON, sayu and sebak sangat rasa dalam hati ni... Isk iskk! Ohh you know what!? My Mama even sempat cakap kat me... She said, "Angah kuat... Mama tau Angah boleh! Insya Allah semuanya selamat nanti... Angah mesti kuat okay! Mama tau Angah kuat..." :( (sambil type ayat last tu, mata I dah berair nih sebab teringat balik moment tu!)
  

• Thank God my Husband was there... Yeah, he is my strength!! By the way, before masuk Labor Room tu, the Nurse dah siap² pesan to my Husband... Soh bawak Baby's Bag sekali! Ohh... Rasa tak percaya jer nak bersalin dah! I ingat I demam biasa jer... Rupanya, it's the sign of Labor... For ME!!
  

Alamak!!!

Kena postpone lagi cerita nih! Dah lama sangat I type²... I nak check on my Baby plak laa! Rindu okehhh... Hihihi!

Hmmm. Tomorrow seems like a nice day to end this story! :P

Insya Allah I'll update the FINAL post of this Birth Story, tomorrow!!! By the way, tomorrow our little baby turns 4 Weeks young tau!! Ohh how time flies...
